Job Description
Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday solutions using various tools such as Workday Studio, BIRT, and Integration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions on time. Troubleshoot issues related to Workday implementation, configuration, and customization. Provide technical guidance to junior team members on Workday best practices and standards. Participate in project planning, estimation, and execution activities.
Requirements
4-9 years of experience in Workday development with expertise in Workday Core HCM/Payroll Expert (Human Capital Management) module. Strong understanding of Workday HCM/Payroll Expert features including Absence management, Benefits administration, Compensation management, Time tracking & Labor forecasting etc. Proficiency in developing reports using Workday Reporting & Analytics (WRA). Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).
