Workday Core & Adv Compensation Functional Consultant

This Workday Core & Advanced Compensation Functional Consultant role at Agilysis involves configuring, migrating, and supporting end-to-end implementation of the Workday Advanced Compensation module. You will conduct requirement-gathering sessions with HR and business stakeholders to capture compensation administration needs, configure Workday Core & Advanced Compensation Components such as plans, programs, eligibility rules, events, Compensation Review, and Participation Rules. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with HCM, Payroll, and Security teams to ensure seamless integration of compensation data, performing unit testing and user acceptance testing, developing and maintaining functional documentation and training materials, providing hypercare support and issue resolution post go-live, and assisting with migration and report creation.

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor/Master's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field with 3-6 years of experience in Workday Core & Advanced Compensation implementation or support. Minimum foundational knowledge of Workday HCM & Core Compensation is required. Strong functional understanding of compensation administration processes and ability to translate business requirements into functional configurations is essential. Workday certification in Compensation is preferred. Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable. Familiarity with change management practices and a track record of successful stakeholder engagement across diverse business units is preferred.
