Job Description - Executive. Job Title: Executive Job Summary. The Executive will be responsible for overseeing inventory management processes, ensuring efficient material procurement, and maintaining vendor relationships. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of SAP MM and inventory management practices. Duties and Responsibilities. Manage and oversee inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in physical inventory management. Coordinate material procurement and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials. Process purchase orders and invoices using SAP MM, ensuring compliance with company policies. Develop and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) for various products. Conduct material requirements planning to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve inventory management processes. Prepare reports on inventory status and vendor performance for management review. Qualifications and Requirements. Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 5-10 years of experience in inventory management and procurement. Proficiency in SAP MM and other inventory management software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key Competencies.
