Job Description - Assistant Executive. Job Title: Assistant Executive Job Summary. The Assistant Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the finance team by managing various accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with GST regulations, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP FICO and experience in preparing and filing GST returns. Duties and Responsibilities. Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on time. Manage journal entries and voucher entries to ensure accurate financial reporting. Perform bank reconciliations to maintain accurate cash flow records. Assist in the preparation of TDS returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations. Collaborate with the finance team to support month-end and year-end closing processes. Maintain organized financial records and documentation. Qualifications and Requirements. 2-5 years of experience in accounting or finance. Proficiency in SAP FICO is required. Strong understanding of GST regulations and filing processes. Experience with journal entries, voucher entries, and bank reconciliations. Knowledge of TDS return preparation is a plus.
