WFM Reporting Analyst

Develop and maintain Workforce Management dashboards and reports for business stakeholders. Design performance-efficient visualizations, transform and integrate large datasets, ensure data accuracy, maintain reporting documentation, and deliver actionable insights through business intelligence solutions. Work closely with operations teams, support groups, and clients to provide updated reporting information.

Candidates should have at least 6 months of experience as a Workforce Management Reporting Analyst or similar role. Experience with Power BI, Kibana, Amazon Connect, Teleopti, ETL processes, databases, and data warehousing concepts is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and data interpretation skills are required.
