Job Title: Warehouse Storekeeper (F&B & Café Operations) Company: HUNDRED GROUP SAP Module: SPP PP Roles & Responsibilities: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Storekeeper with a background in Food & Beverage (F&B) and Café Restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, receiving and issuing stock, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations to support daily restaurant and café activities. Key Responsibilities * Receive, inspect, and record incoming food, beverage, and restaurant supplies. * Store products according to company standards and food safety regulations. * Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records. * Prepare and issue materials, ingredients, and supplies as requested by restaurant departments. * Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits. * Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures for perishable items. * Coordinate with suppliers and purchasing departments regarding deliveries and stock requirements. * Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards are maintained. * Prepare inventory reports and update stock management systems. * Identify and report damaged, expired, or missing items. Requirements * 2 years of experience as a Warehouse Storekeeper in the F&B, restaurant, café, or hospitality industry. * Experience working in Qatar is preferred * Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and warehouse operations. * Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, ERP Next, or similar inventory management software. * Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), barcode scanning, stock tracking, and digital inventory control processes. * Knowledge of FIFO, FEFO, and food safety standards for F&B operations. * Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting. * Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant and hospitality environment.
