Job Title: Warehouse Manager Company: Livspace Job Category: SAP EWM Roles & Responsibilities: We’re Hiring \| Warehouse Manager About the Role Key Responsibilities * Oversee inbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations. * Maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits and effective stock control. * Lead, train, and manage warehouse teams to achieve operational targets. * Coordinate with procurement, logistics, transportation, and 3PL partners. * Implement SOPs and drive continuous process improvement and cost optimization. * Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and statutory requirements. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, productivity, and operational costs. 💼 Experience: 2 years Qualifications \& Experience * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. * 2 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in e\-commerce, retail, or manufacturing. * Strong knowledge of WMS, ERP systems, inventory management, and warehouse processes. * Proven leadership, analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Experience in large\-scale warehouse operations, D2C, furniture, or bulky\-goods handling will be an added advantage.
