The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for managing warehouse records, inventory data, material receiving and issuing, and ensuring accurate documentation and stock levels. Responsibilities:. Monitor the receipt of raw materials, spare parts, and factory supplies, and ensure they match purchase orders and approved documents. Enter and update inventory data in the company system. Prepare and process material issue requests for production and follow up on their completion. Monitor stock levels of raw materials and supporting materials, and report any shortages to management. Conduct periodic and annual inventory counts. Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation. Organize and arrange materials within the warehouse according to approved storage procedures. Qualifications:. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse administration or a similar role. Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations. Experience in ERP systems and inventory data entry. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
