Job Title: Walk-in || Utility Maintenance Executive Company: Skillventory Job Category: SAP PM Roles & Responsibilities: Role \& responsibilities \* Manage the operation, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and breakdown maintenance of plant utility systems. \* Monitor utility parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow, energy consumption, and equipment health to ensure efficient operations. \* Troubleshoot equipment failures, identify root causes of recurring breakdowns, and implement corrective and preventive actions. \* Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules, equipment checklists, maintenance plans, and equipment reliability improvement initiatives. \* Monitor maintenance KPIs, including MTBF, MTTR, equipment availability, and maintenance performance. \* Work with PLC/SCADA/HMI\-based utility automation and monitoring systems to ensure smooth operation of utility equipment. \* Coordinate with OEMs, contractors, and service providers for equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support. \* Maintain utility documentation, including SOPs, preventive maintenance records, equipment history, breakdown reports, and root cause analysis reports. Good working knowledge of PLC systems such as Siemens, Allen\-Bradley, Mitsubishi, or Schneider, along with SCADA/HMI\-based monitoring and control systems. Knowledge of maintenance KPIs such as MTBF and MTTR, maintenance planning, scheduling, and spare parts management. Work Location: Sanand, India Availability: Full time

\* Ensure compliance with EHS standards and statutory requirements related to boilers, pressure systems, electrical equipment, and utility operations. Preferred candidate profile B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics with 5\-2 years of experience in plant utilities and maintenance. Strong hands\-on experience with boilers, chillers, HVAC/AHU systems, air compressors, cooling towers, pumps, and other industrial utility equipment. Experience in troubleshooting VFDs, sensors, transmitters, actuators, control panels, and utility automation systems. Experience in manufacturing plant operations, equipment reliability, energy efficiency, and utility cost optimization. Experience in coordinating with OEMs, contractors, vendors, and cross\-functional teams for maintenance and commissioning activities.
