Key Responsibilities. Gather and analyze business requirements related to Sales, Order Management, Shipping, Billing, Returns, Pricing, and Credit Management. Configure and customize SAP SD modules as per business requirements. Work on end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects. Configure:. Sales Documents. Delivery Processes. Billing Processes. Pricing Procedures. Output Determination. Credit Management. Partner Determination. Route and Shipping Determination. Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize sales and distribution processes. Support integration with SAP modules including:. MM (Materials Management). FI (Finance). WM/EWM (Warehouse Management). PP (Production Planning). TM (Transportation Management). Prepare functional specifications for custom developments. Work closely with ABAP developers for enhancements, reports, interfaces, conversions, and forms. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and production deployment activities. Provide application support and resolve production issues within SLA timelines.
