Job Title: Walk-in || Record To Report (R2R)Specialist/Associate Manager Company: Sigma Allied Services Job Category: SAP FICO Roles & Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities * Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies in general ledger accounts. * Handle balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records. * Reconcile sub\-ledger accounts with general ledger balances. * Identify, investigate, and resolve unreconciled items and accounting mismatches. * Perform month\-end, quarter\-end, and year\-end closing activities. * Prepare reconciliation reports and maintain supporting documentation. * Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve outstanding reconciliation issues. * Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls. * Support process improvements and drive timely closure of reconciliation activities. * Manage a small team and monitor daily deliverables, where applicable.
