Issue Resolution: Address client concerns related to material shortages, delays, or quality issues by working closely with internal teams. Compliance & Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation, generate periodic reports, and ensure adherence to client-specific inventory guidelines. Supplier & Vendor Management: Communicate with vendors to ensure on-time delivery of materials, reducing the risk of shortages or excess stock. Risk Management: Identify and escalate potential supply chain disruptions to clients and internal teams before they impact operations. KPI Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to material planning, procurement efficiency, and order fulfilment rates. Process Transformation: Identify and implement improvements in material planning processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Sustainability & Cost Optimization: Develop initiatives for reducing excess inventory, optimizing supplier lead times, and minimizing costs. Client Transformation Projects: Support clients in adopting best-in-class material planning practices, enabling agile supply chain operations. YOUR PROFILE. Process Skills. Preferred Qualification:. Bachelors degree in Mechanical / electrical , Master in Business Administration Supply chain management, or a related field. Experience Requirements:.
