Grow with Omega Healthcare Chennai Company: Omega Healthcare Job Category: SAP FICO Roles & Responsibilities: Omega Healthcare Management Services Ground Floor, Tower 1, RMZ Millennia Business Park Dr. MGR Main Road, Kandanchavadi, Chennai 600096, Tamil Nadu Landmark: Thanthi TV Building Shift \& Working Days * Shift: Night Shift * Timings: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM * Working Days: Monday to Friday * Fixed Week Off: Saturday \& Sunday * Cab Facility: Pick\-up \& Drop Facility Available Job Responsibilities Accounts Receivable (AR) * Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable. * Make calls to US insurance companies regarding pending claims and payments. * Follow up on insurance claims, unpaid claims and outstanding balances. * Communicate with insurance representatives to obtain claim/payment status. * Maintain accurate records of calls, follow\-ups and claim\-related information. * Support the Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process. * Meet process quality, productivity and communication standards. * Training will be provided to selected candidates. * Freshers with good English communication skills are encouraged to apply. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Willingness to work in a night shift / US shift. * Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications. * Good interpersonal and customer\-handling skills. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Good listening, communication and problem\-solving skills. * Immediate Joiners preferred.
