•Acts as quality assurance (QA) lead and or performs reviews on technical designs and builds to ensure all standards are met
•Ensure proper documentation of landscape, system architecture, administration procedures 
•Ensure adherence to release and change management processes, control compliance while performing technical activities
•Deliver effective hand over to Operations by ensuring quality knowledge transfer
•Partner with the Data capability delivery teams (i.e. Conversion & Readiness, Master Data Governance)
