US Technical Recruiter

Astreya is hiring a US Technical Recruiter for a fully remote position, focused specifically on sourcing and recruiting candidates for management and craft positions within a technical organization. You will use Workday's Applicant Tracking System as the primary recruitment platform, managing candidates through the full funnel from initial sourcing through to offer. Facilitating initial screenings is a core responsibility, requiring strong judgment to assess candidate fit before passing them to hiring managers for deeper interviews. Coordinating interview logistics across multiple stakeholders is a regular part of the role, and creating social media postings extends the recruiting function into employer branding and candidate attraction beyond direct sourcing alone.

Candidates need 2-5 years of technical recruiting experience with hands-on Workday ATS proficiency as the primary system used for this role. Strong sourcing skills are required, including social media-based candidate outreach and engagement strategies. Practical screening experience is essential for assessing candidate fit before escalating to hiring managers. Interview coordination skills are needed to manage logistics across multiple stakeholders efficiently. Strong MS Office proficiency is required for general recruiting documentation and reporting tasks. Candidates should be comfortable attending career fairs as part of a broader.
