Job Title: UK and I Data Insights Executive Company: EY Job Category: Data Science Roles & Responsibilities: Role Type \- UKI Technology \& Reporting, Clients \& Industries The Data Insights Executive serves as a strategic enabler of data\-driven decision\-making and digital transformation across UKI Client \& Industries team. This role is responsible for delivering business\-relevant insights and innovative digital solutions by leveraging advanced analytics, Microsoft 365 tools, and Copilot capabilities. Your key responsibilities: * Deliver high\-quality, data\-driven insights through analytics and visualisations to support informed business decision\-making. * Support digital transformation initiatives by leveraging Microsoft 365, Copilot, and automation to improve operational efficiency. * Work closely with business stakeholders and leaders to align data and digital initiatives with business priorities and regional objectives. * Communicate insights clearly and effectively through well\-structured reports, dashboards, presentations, and professional stakeholder communications. * Support leadership decision\-making through timely and accurate reporting, trend analysis, and actionable insights. * Design, develop, and maintain business applications using PowerApps (Canvas) to support operational and business requirements. * Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dataverse, SharePoint, Excel Online, and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem. * Collaborate closely with MSM, BD, BMC, FMT, Operations, and other relevant teams to develop effective and user\-centric solutions. * Support user adoption through training, documentation, knowledge sharing, and ongoing assistance. * Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and Alteryx\-based ETL workflows to strengthen data\-driven reporting and decision\-making * Demonstrates good proficiency in analytics platforms and visualisation tools such as Power BI, ThoughtSpot, or similar tools to transform data into meaningful and actionable insights. * Skilled in developing interactive dashboards, reports, and visualisations that help stakeholders understand trends, patterns, and performance metrics. * Applies analytical and basic statistical techniques to support business decision\-making and identify opportunities for improvement. * Good project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables effectively. * Presentation and facilitation skills: Ability to participate in and facilitate meetings, develop presentations, interpret data, generate meaningful business insights, and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders. * Ownership and accountability: Ability to work independently with appropriate guidance, take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, and ensure timely delivery. * Business acumen and adaptability: Ability to understand business requirements and adapt to changing stakeholder and customer expectations. * Quick learner: Ability to quickly understand processes, project objectives, requirements, and complexities and move into delivery effectively. * Process improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce turnaround times, enhance quality, and generate additional insights. * Attention to detail: Maintain accuracy and consistency across data, numbers, analysis, reporting, and formatting. * Multi\-tasking capability: Demonstrate effective time management, prioritization, and the ability to manage multiple deliverables. * Excellent communication: Strong listening, reading, writing, and verbal communication skills. * Experience working with business stakeholders and senior team members, with the ability to understand requirements and communicate effectively. * MS Office skills: Good to advanced proficiency in Excel reporting and PowerPoint presentations. * Power BI / Other BI tools / Alteryx: Hands\-on experience in data integration, data preparation, reporting, and data visualization. * Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism, integrity, accountability, and collaboration.
