Job Title: TM/LINE INCHARGE-PPC Company: Hero Moto Corp Job Category: SAP PP Roles & Responsibilities: Role -------- As Team Manager in PPC, you will report to Section Head \- PPC. You will be responsible to ensure Production Planning of Frame \& Engine Assy. \& adherence of the same as per Central Planning/Marketing demand. Ensure daily/weekly SKU adherence. Control Material issuance, WIP’s, part Inventories. BOM validation, New model planning, Daily EMF planning, contractual manpower management. * Prepare day wise Plans. * Conduct Reviews of SKU adherence.Ensure Min. Loss from PPC,Daily Production Reviews, * Weekly Parts Perpetual Inventory, PM of Hangers and Trolleys * MHE's Maintenance as per PM plan, * Adherence to MHE TPM plan in frame Assy. \& engine Assy. Area. * Manpower Productivity Reviews \& contractual manpower management. Academic Qualification \& Experience ---------------------------------------- Diploma in Mechanical engineering with 6\-2 years of experience Technical Skills/Knowledge ------------------------------ Key Skills: SAP PP, Production Planning, BOM Salary: $5
