Permanent Role – SAP ABAP Technical Solutions & Business Process AnalystSouth Shore of Montreal | Hybrid | Manufacturing / Aerospace Sector. TAS Techno Aero Services is supporting a recognized organization in the recruitment of a SAP technical ABAP solutions-oriented profile to strengthen its internal SAP team and support the evolution of a SAP S/4HANA Cloud / RISE environment. This is not a pure ABAP developer role, nor a traditional SAP administration role. The position sits at the intersection of business processes, SAP solution validation, Clean Core governance, ABAP Cloud technical review and external integrator oversight. The selected candidate will act as an internal point of reference to challenge, validate and align SAP solutions with operational reality, SAP best practices and long-term maintainability principles. Main responsibilities:• Review and challenge solution designs proposed by the external integrator• Validate alignment with business needs, SAP standards and Clean Core principles• Contribute to discussions around SAP S/4HANA Cloud, RISE, ABAP Cloud, RAP, CDS, BTP and side-by-side extensions• Translate technical options into clear business and operational impacts• Collaborate with SAP, IT, finance, quality, manufacturing and logistics stakeholders• Contribute to governance around developments, extensions, integrations and technical debt• Support continuous improvement of SAP processes in a complex manufacturing environment. Required profile:• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA environments, ideally Cloud / RISE• Good understanding of Clean Core principles, SAP extensibility and long-term solution maintainability• Ability to understand and review ABAP Cloud, RAP, CDS and BAdI concepts without necessarily coding on a daily basis• Experience working with external integrators, SAP partners or delivery teams• Good understanding of manufacturing, logistics, quality, finance or industrial operations processes• Ability to bridge business, functional and technical teams• French and English required. Assets:• Experience with SAP BTP, Fiori, APIs, integration or cloud governance• Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, regulated industries or multi-site environments• Background as a SAP Business Analyst, Solution Architect, SAP Technical Lead or SAP S/4HANA Cloud Advisor.
