Key Responsibilities Provide day\-to\-day Application Management support for SAP Applications across IT Service Management including service requests, incident management, enhancement requests, change management and problem management as Level 2 or 3 Application Management Specialist Lead and Coordinate the Resolution of Complex Technical issues and System Outages including root cause analysis and corrective action. Develop and maintain documentation including configuration, user guides and test scripts. Participate in on\-call rotation and provide off hours support as needed to ensure the availability and reliability of critical SAP systems. The team brings the desired environment, technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation, rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation. * Well versed with FICO module – In Insurance domain with Commissions and Compensations. * With the criteria below: + 10\+ years of SAP experience with 7\+ years in SAP Commissions/Callidus Cloud. + Strong expertise in commission calculations, incentive compensation and reconciliation. + Deep SAP Finance background (FI/CO, GL, AP, AR). + Architect\-level experience in SAP Commissions and SAP S/4HANA on RISE. + Experience integrating SAP Commissions with S/4HANA and enterprise platforms. + Mandatory Life Insurance industry experience. + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Experience in FI integration points with other SAP modules like MM, SD, HR, PP and PM. * SAP Certification in SAP FICO is added advantage.
