Techno-Functional Consultant SAP S/4HANA EAM | SAP PM | Fiori Location: Hyderabad Experience: 5 - 10 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Interview: Face-to-Face (Last round) Domain: SAP S/4HANA EAM / Plant Maintenance Product Team: Plant Maintenance Solutions About the Role We are looking for an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant SAP S/4HANA EAM to join the Plant Maintenance Solutions team. In this role, you will work at the intersection of business process expertise and SAP technology, helping design and deliver scalable, standardized and sustainable SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, ABAP/Fiori developers, integration teams and DevOps teams to translate maintenance and asset-management requirements into effective SAP solutions. What You Will Do Act as a Techno-Functional expert in SAP S/4HANA EAM / Plant Maintenance (PM). Understand maintenance and asset-management requirements and translate them into SAP standard solution designs. Design, configure and enhance end-to-end SAP EAM processes. Work with modern S/4HANA maintenance concepts such as: 9-Phase Maintenance Model Planning Buckets Capacity-Oriented Planning Maintenance Planning and Execution Design Fiori-first, role-based user experiences for planners, supervisors and technicians. Work with standard SAP Fiori applications and support targeted Fiori/UI5 extensions. Contribute to SAP Field Service Management (FSM) capabilities for mobile execution, dispatching and technician enablement. Support SAP Asset Performance Management (APM) use cases, including condition-based and predictive maintenance. Conduct business workshops, requirements analysis and gap assessments. Translate business requirements into SAP standard-oriented solution concepts. Define and support RICEFW and integration requirements. Collaborate with ABAP, ABAP OO, Fiori/UI5, Integration and DevOps teams. Support unit testing, integration testing and UAT. Support deployment, data migration and post-go-live activities. Provide 2nd/3rd-level production support and participate in change management. Work with global stakeholders to drive standardization, clean-core principles and sustainable SAP solutions. Mandatory Skills SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance Strong hands-on experience in SAP PM / Plant Maintenance. Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA EAM. Good understanding of maintenance and asset-management processes. Experience in SAP PM/EAM configuration and customizing. Strong understanding of end-to-end maintenance processes. SAP Fiori & S/4HANA Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori. Understanding of role-based Fiori UX. Experience working with S/4HANA applications and modern SAP UX concepts.
