We are seeking an experienced and hands\-on Tech Lead who can drive product development, lead engineering initiatives, and build robust, scalable applications while mentoring a growing development team. Key Responsibilities * Lead the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of web applications using Node.js, React.js, and PostgreSQL. * Architect scalable, secure, and high\-performance systems and applications. * Manage, mentor, and guide developers to ensure high\-quality code and timely project delivery. * Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Operations, and Business teams to define and implement technical solutions. * Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and establish development best practices. * Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services. * Optimize application performance, database queries, and overall system reliability. * Oversee application deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance. * Participate in sprint planning, effort estimation, and project management activities. * Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve product performance and development efficiency. * Opportunity to lead key technology initiatives and influence product strategy. * High ownership and decision\-making authority. * Dynamic, fast\-paced, and collaborative work environment. * Strong growth and leadership opportunities within the organization. Required Skills \& Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * 0 years of experience in full\-stack web application development. * Strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL . * Experience designing scalable backend architectures and REST APIs. * Strong understanding of database design, query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning in PostgreSQL. * Hands\-on experience with AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) . * Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and production support. * Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, security, and scalability principles. * Proven experience leading development teams and delivering complex technology projects. * Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices. * Knowledge of microservices architecture and event\-driven systems. * Experience working in high\-growth startup environments. * Exposure to AI\-powered applications, analytics platforms, or large\-scale consumer products is a plus.
