Job Description Inviting applications for the role of Tech Lead, Data Migration Developer Lead and execute complex Salesforce data migration initiatives across enterprise applications. This role will architect and implement robust end\-to\-end migration pipelines — sourcing data from diverse external systems (legacy CRMs, ERP platforms, databases, flat files) and migrating them into Salesforce. Responsibilities include strategy design, ETL development, data quality assurance, testing, and seamless go\-live execution in collaboration with cross\-functional teams. Responsibilities: Define migration scope, sequencing, rollback plans, and maintain migration strategy documents. ETL Design \& Development Develop source\-to\-target mapping specifications and implement transformation, de\-duplication, and enrichment logic. Salesforce Data Loading \& Management Manage complex Salesforce data model relationships (Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases, custom/junction objects). Implement external ID and upsert strategies for idempotent migrations. Support UAT, lead cutover planning, and provide hypercare post\-go\-live. Present migration status, risks, and issue logs to leadership. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications Proven hands\-on experience migrating data into Salesforce from external systems. Strong proficiency with Salesforce Data Loader, Bulk API (v1/v2\), REST API. Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and automation. Experience with Agile/Scrum project environments.
