We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead who wants to pivot into high-level AI Engineering or Architecture without taking a pay cut or starting from scratch. We are keeping the requirements incredibly simple. To qualify for this role, you just need a solid foundation in software development (Python, Java, JS, or similar) and must match the criteria at the top of this page. Even if your experience evaluating tools just comes from running a brief pilot project or recommending a GitHub Copilot alternative to your manager, you qualify.
