Responsibilities * Daily pre\-shift huddle: assign tasks, set targets, reinforce safety, ensure everyone understands daily volume and priorities. * Real\-time monitoring of picking, packing, and inbound progress and quality; dynamically reallocate manpower to meet SLA. * Handle floor exceptions:stockouts, mis\-picks, equipment breakdowns, system issues — respond immediately and escalate to Supervisor. * Ensure 5S and housekeeping in your area — correct slotting, clear aisles, organized floor. * Manage scheduling, attendance, task allocation, and performance records for the associates. 6\.Enforce warehouse safety rules (PPE, forklift zones, racking safety, emergency exits); correct violations immediately,training and certifications. * 2\+ years in e\-commerce or logistics warehouse, with at least 1 year as a team lead/shift lead. * Hands\-on familiarity with picking, packing, inbound, and cycle count processes. * WMS experience preferred.
