Learn more about ET&P * As an SAP FICO Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end SAP Finance solutions for clients in the Retail industry. * You will lead functional design, configuration, and deployment of SAP FICO modules, ensuring alignment with retail finance business processes, including merchandising, supply chain integration, and store operations. * Lead SAP FICO design, configuration, and implementation activities across full project lifecycles (Explore, Realize, Deploy phases). * Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, specifically in Retail Finance processes: * Revenue recognition * Inventory accounting * Margin analysis (CO-PA) * Drive GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Cost Controlling configurations. * Ensure smooth integration with SAP Retail modules (MM, SD) * Lead and support FIT/GAP analysis and solution design workshops. * Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows). * Coordinate with technical teams for development and testing activities. * Support data migration, including master data and transactional data. * Lead UAT cycles, defect management, and business sign-off processes. * Provide go-live support and post-implementation stabilization. * Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team capability building.
