Learn more about ET&P * + Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis (COPA), Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications. Conduct workshops with business stakeholders. + Perform gap analysis and recommend SAP best practices. + Coordinate with technical teams for custom developments, reports, interfaces, and enhancements. + Support integration with SD, MM, PP, PS, and other SAP modules. + Execute unit testing, SIT, UAT, and defect resolution. + Support migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities. + Provide end-user training and documentation. * 5+ years of SAP FICO implementation/support experience. * At least 1-2 end-to-end SAP implementation projects. * Experience in global rollout or support projects is preferred. * Strong experience in SAP FICO configuration and support. * Expertise in Financial Closing and Reporting processes. * Hands-on experience in AP, AR, GL, Asset Accounting, Banking, Costing, and COPA. * Knowledge of integration points with SAP SD, MM, PP, and PS. * Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management. * Good understanding of accounting principles and finance processes. * Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance preferred. * Experience in data migration and testing activities. * Strong communication and stakeholder management. * Problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment. * Team collaboration and leadership capabilities.
