Job Title: System Admin - SAP BASIS Company: Endurance Technologies Job Category: SAP BASIS Roles & Responsibilities: Role \& responsibilities * To maintain SAP landscape by doing SAP Requests Transports request using Solution Manager Charm \& to allocate users roles and authorizations. * \- To maintain SAP Background Jobs Setting and Monitoring. * \- To maintain Databases (Hana/Sybase/Maxdb) Installations and Upgradations \& Troubleshooting. * \- To maintain \& monitor Operating System (RHEL \& IBM AIX) , Patching \& Troubleshooting. * Broad responsibilities are listed as under: * \-To maintain \& monitor Daily Backups of SAP System Landscape (SAP S4Hana, PO \& FIORI Systems) \& troubleshoot \& report in case of any discrepancy to IT infra \& Manager BASIS for corrective actions. * \- Daily Reporting \& Monitoring of Overall SAP System Health with alerts \& troubleshoot by self \& also update to reporting manager. * \- To perform SAP Transport Requests as per Solution Manager Charm process and allocate Roles \& Authorization and its objects troubleshooting. * \-  Daily Monitoring of SAP Background Jobs Scheduling, Email/Groups etc setting and troubleshooting \& take appropriate action for cancel jobs. * • Solution Manager Related activates: CHaRM, Service Desk, and Early Watch Report Alerts. Study of EWA action \& coordinate with team for subsequent actions. * • Daily reporting \& Generation of SAP Up\-Time Report by taking feedback from coordinators. * • Daily monitoring of ABAP Dumps\-Error determination \& Troubleshooting. * • To help to Reporting authority in various Up\-gradations \& Patching in SAP landscape: Kernel, SAP software components, version upgrades. * • SAP GUI Installation, SAP Spool \& printing troubleshooting. * • To help \& perform Quality System Refresh \& Client copy etc Activities. * • To monitor Saprouter connections \& troubleshooting. Timely support to Module leads for SAP Connections when any ticket is logged by Team members. * • To generate \& analyze EWA (Early Watch Alert) reports \& take necessary steps as required. * • SAP Service Marketplace Activities: Incident Management, Objects register etc. * • To download \& applying SAP\-Notes with proper tracking and documentation and troubleshooting. * • Monitoring \& Support for SAP PO (Process Orchestration Ver7\.5\-Java Stack), Fiori, Solman system. * • Daily monitoring \& troubleshooting in scope of DR Setup/Drill Support Activities, Ensuring DR Synchronization. * • Call Login to support partners \& coordination for resolution. * • Operating system (RHEL \& IBM\-AIX) monitoring including cluster. * • Support in analysis of performance tuning activities as \& when required.
