Job Title: Support Engineer Company: infinite Computer Solution Job Category: Data Science Roles & Responsibilities: Role: Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS) Support Consultant Project Type: Application Support We are looking for an experienced Manhattan WMS Support Consultant to support and enhance warehouse management operations. The candidate will be responsible for production support, incident management, root cause analysis, SQL-based investigation, and coordination with business stakeholders to ensure smooth warehouse operations. ### Key Responsibilities * Provide L2/L3 application support for Manhattan WMS. * Analyze and resolve production incidents, service requests, and application issues within defined SLAs. * Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues. * Use SQL, PL/SQL, and UNIX commands for data analysis and troubleshooting. * Support warehouse processes, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management. * Coordinate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to resolve issues. * Participate in testing, deployment, release activities, and production go-live support. * Maintain technical documentation, incident reports, and knowledge articles. * Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. * Experience supporting high-volume distribution centers and warehouse operations. * Knowledge of integrations, interfaces, and warehouse system configurations. * Experience working in a 24/7 production support environment. * Familiarity with ITIL processes and SLA management.
