Roles & Responsibilities:
HIRING – UNIT SCM LEAD
Job Responsibilities:
* Manage overall purchase, stores, inventory and logistics activities.
* Ensure raw materials are available on time for production.
* Handle vendors, supplier development and price negotiations.
* Monitor stock levels and avoid excess or shortage of materials.
* Coordinate with Production, Finance and Planning teams.
* Control material costs and improve supply chain efficiency.
* Manage the SCM team and maintain reports using ERP/SAP.
* Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company processes.
* Strong experience in Supply Chain Management.
* Good knowledge of Procurement and Stores Management.
* Experience in Inventory Control and Vendor Management.
* ERP/SAP knowledge is required.
* Strong negotiation, leadership and team management skills.
