Job Title: Supply Chain Management Co-op Student (12-month term) Company: ARC Resources Job Category: SAP Ariba Roles & Responsibilities: We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Management Co\-op Student to work with our Supply Chain Management team. This position reports to the Team Lead, Procurement and requires an organized and motivated individual who is ready to work in a fast\-paced environment and take on new challenges. This 12\-month work term will commence in January 2027 and is based in Calgary. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support and/or lead sourcing events (RFx) as required * Support Category Management Advisors with projects and initiatives such as data analysis, sourcing strategy development, and executing sourcing events * Initiate Master Services Agreements (MSAs) with our key suppliers and following the MSAs through to execution. This includes: * + Initiate MSAs in SAP Ariba * + Work with ARC and supplier Legal departments as required to facilitate MSA negotiations * + Ensure MSAs are fully executed within appropriate authority levels * + Upload executed MSAs to ARC’s system * Assist in the preparation and administration of procurement agreements, including Pricing Agreements and other commercial contracts * Support contract administration activities, ensuring agreements remain accurate, current, and aligned with pricing and business requirements * Contribute to procurement and sourcing activities by managing purchase orders throughout their lifecycle, coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and supporting issue resolution and closeout processes * Perform reporting and data analysis using SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, and OpenInvoice to support decision\-making and identify process improvement opportunities * Create and maintain procurement process documentation, standard operating procedures, and training resources to support knowledge sharing and operational consistency WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO ARC: Work Location: Calgary, AB, Canada Availability: Full time

* The position is ideally suited for students currently in their second or third year of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Management with a focus in Supply Chain Management and are returning to their studies in the following term * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities at the same time in a dynamic environment * Intermediate MS Office/365 skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint * Prior experience working in Supply Chain Management would be considered an asset * Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision, promote continuous improvement and enjoy working in a team environment REWARDING OPPORTUNITY: We thank you for your interest in ARC, however, only those candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
