Job Title: SUPPLIER QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST (M/F/D) Company: FORVIA HELLA Job Category: SAP QM Roles & Responsibilities: YOUR TASKS * Manage suppliers’ performance through monitoring, evaluating, reporting of the performance data * Manage communication of supplier performance achievement and targets with the supplier to drive improvements related to supplier delivered Quality and cost performance * Plan and conduct Supplier Visits / Audits based on established performance criteria * Provide advice and support to Suppliers to promote development * Perform Corporate reporting of supplier performance in accordance to requirements * Lead and coordinate supplier incident response / non\-conformance management * Review and report non\-conformance incidents as required * Manage and coordinate incoming goods quality inspection performance * Develop, implement, maintain, and improve systems for incoming goods quality inspection consistency, reliability, and efficiency * Develop, implement, maintain, and improve standardised processes for HNZ supplier quality management system in alignment with Hella’s Business Process Management (BPM) * Conduct supplier assessments for current and potential new suppliers * Support in the selection of suppliers and sub\-contractors.
