Store Incharge

Role & responsibilities. Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently. Handle material inward and outward activities. Maintain accurate records of all materials received and issued. Verify materials received against Purchase Orders, Delivery Challans, and Invoices. Ensure proper storage, identification, and arrangement of materials. Maintain stock registers and inventory records. Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels. Conduct regular physical stock verification. Identify shortages, excess stock, damaged materials, and discrepancies. Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and Material Issue Records. Coordinate with the Purchase Department for material requirements and deliveries. Coordinate with Site/Project teams for material issuance and requirements. Ensure proper documentation of all store transactions. Maintain records in Excel, ERP, or inventory management systems. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock and inventory reports. Ensure proper handling and storage of Aluform, construction materials, tools, and equipment. Monitor returnable and non-returnable materials. Maintain proper housekeeping and organisation within the store. Ensure safety procedures are followed in the store area. Prevent material loss, damage, and wastage. Coordinate with Accounts for inventory reconciliation and documentation. Preferred candidate profile. Experience in the Construction / Engineering / Manufacturing industry will be preferred. Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment will be an advantage. Experience in handling Aluform / Aluminium Formwork materials will be preferred. Good knowledge of inventory and stock management. Strong knowledge of MS Excel. Experience in ERP or inventory management software. Good communication and coordination skills.
