Stock Control Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced **Stock Control Supervisor** to join our team and lead inventory control activities within our Central Warehouse. **Key Responsibilities :** * Supervise daily stock control activities and ensure inventory accuracy * Plan and oversee cycle counts, targeted counts, and inventory audits * Investigate inventory discrepancies and identify root causes * Review and validate inventory adjustments according to approved procedures * Lead the stock control team and allocate daily workloads * Monitor inventory accuracy KPIs and prepare performance reports * Coordinate with Warehouse Operations, Finance, IT/WMS, Quality & Safety, and other relevant teams * Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and audit requirements * Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives **Requirements** * 5-7 years of relevant experience in Stock Control, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, or Logistics, including supervisory experience * Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field * Strong knowledge of inventory control processes, procedures, and KPIs * Experience with WMS/ERP systems and good knowledge of Microsoft Excel * Experience in inventory counting, discrepancy investigation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis * Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment
