Key Responsibilities. SAP Cloud ALM & Lifecycle Management. Onboard and integrate SAP landscapes (S/4HANA Cloud/On-Prem, SAP BTP, SuccessFactors, Integration Suite) into SAP Cloud ALM. Configure and maintain Cloud ALM operations dashboards, including Health Monitoring, Integration & Exception Monitoring, Real-User Monitoring, and Job Monitoring. Implement and manage Change & Deployment Management workflows in Cloud ALM, facilitating seamless feature delivery and transport management. Conduct project setup, requirements tracking, and test execution management in Cloud ALM for SAP implementation/upgrade projects. Manage transition strategies or co-existence pathways between legacy SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) and SAP Cloud ALM. Core SAP Basis Administration. Perform daily SAP Basis administration, including performance tuning, system monitoring, transport management (TMS), and database management (SAP HANA). Lead end-to-end system installations, client copies, system refreshes, kernel updates, and Support Package Stack (SPS) applications. Ensure business continuity through regular backup/restore procedures, High Availability (HA), and Disaster Recovery (DR) testing. Collaborate with Infrastructure and Cloud teams (AWS / Azure / GCP / SAP HEC) for cloud-hosted SAP infrastructure maintenance and provisioning. Implement SAP security protocols, user administration, authorization roles, and audit compliance standard practices. Required Technical Qualifications & Experience. Total Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis Administration in enterprise environments. Cloud ALM Hands-on: At least 12+ years of direct exposure to setting up, configuring, and operating SAP Cloud ALM. SAP Platform Knowledge: Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP NetWeaver ABAP/Java stacks, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). Database Expertise: In-depth working knowledge of SAP HANA Database administration, memory management, backup/recovery, and performance optimization. Integrations & Cloud Setup: Familiarity with connecting hybrid solutions (SAP cloud solutions like SAC, Ariba, SuccessFactors with on-premise S/4HANA via SAP Cloud Connector). OS & Infrastructure: Proficiency in Linux (SUSE/RHEL) environments and fundamental networking/security principles.
