Job Description. Strong experience in SAP ABAP development with good exposure to SAP HCM/HR processes. Should have hands-on experience in developing and maintaining ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements and forms. Experience in ABAP Objects, Reports, ALV, BAPIs, BAdIs, User Exits, Customer Exits and Enhancements. Good understanding of SAP HCM/HR modules, including Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM). Experience in developing and supporting HR-related custom programs, interfaces and reports. Should have experience with RFC, IDoc, Web Services/OData and integration scenarios. Good knowledge of debugging, performance optimization and technical issue resolution. Experience in analysing functional requirements and converting them into technical specifications and ABAP solutions. Should have experience in production support, testing, deployment and troubleshooting. Good communication and coordination skills with functional and technical teams. Mandatory Skills.
