Key Responsibilities. Handle end-to-end SAP PP Production Planning & Production Execution processes. Strong experience in Material Master, BOM, Work Centers, Routings, and Production Versions. Configure and support Demand Management, MRP, Planned Orders, Production Orders, Scheduling, and Confirmations. Handle production order lifecycle including Release, Confirmation, Goods Issue, Goods Receipt, and Settlement. Work on SAP PP integration with MM, QM, SD, CO, and WM/EWM. Gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and provide functional solutions. Perform SAP PP configuration and prepare functional documentation. Support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and deployment activities. Provide production support and troubleshoot PP-related issues. Participate in cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities. Coordinate with business users, technical teams, and cross-functional SAP teams. Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer where required. Required Skills. 8+ years of SAP experience with strong SAP PP expertise. Hands-on experience in SAP PP configuration. Strong knowledge of MRP, Demand Management, BOM, Routing, Work Center, Production Orders, and Shop Floor processes. Good understanding of PP-MM, PP-QM, PP-SD, and PP-CO integration. Experience in implementation, rollout, enhancement, and/or production support. Strong experience in SIT/UAT, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Good communication and stakeholder-management skills. SAP S/4HANA experience preferred.
