The team conducts comprehensive data analyses, develops predictive models, and implements machine learning algorithms, while also creating intelligent AI agents that support autonomous, data\-driven decision\-making. Collaborating closely with engineering teams, we design and execute scalable machine learning pipelines, agentic workflows, and resilient reference architectures on large\-scale data platforms to deliver production\-grade solutions. As a key part of Walmart Global Tech, our teams set the bar for operational excellence and leverage emerging technology to support millions of customers, associates, and stakeholders worldwide. What you will do Design , develop and deploy AI\-enabled products to build solutions in Fintech domain Play a key role to solve complex problems, pivotal to Walmart's business and drive actionable insights Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity Strong stakeholder\-management skills, with the ability to work closely with both technical and non\-technical partners. Qualifications : PhD (7\-8 yrs) / Master’s ( 9 yrs) / Bachelor’s (10 yrs\+) preferably in Computer Science Proven experience in architecting AI/ML systems , building machine learning models, and deploying scalable AI/ML solutions to production Experience in building AI agents using RAG architectures and LLM orchestration frameworks Experience with large\-scale data handling and cloud\-based platforms (e.g., GCP, Azure) Benefits Beyond our great compensation package, you can receive incentive awards for your performance.
