Sr SAP S4 ABAP Developer

This Sr SAP S4 ABAP Developer role at World Courier involves analyzing system operations through monitoring, capacity analysis, and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement in system stability and performance. You will assist in maintenance and support of integration solutions while demonstrating knowledge of SDLC, business process modeling, and application design patterns. The role requires developing custom solutions and integrations, maintaining interfaces between various applications, and conducting SAP unit testing. You will troubleshoot existing information systems to identify errors or deficiencies and develop solutions. Documenting technical design and test activities/results is essential. You will provide input to development standards for full life cycle implementations or upgrades and participate in project planning.

The ideal candidate must have 7+ years of SAP application development experience with a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline. In-depth experience in ABAP Workbench, ABAP Objects, BAPI, BADIs, RFC, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, IDOCs, BDC, and ALV Programming is required. Experience extending S/4 and writing new S/4 programs and functions is essential. Expertise in CDS Views, ODATA services, ABAP in Eclipse (ADT), and AMDP is required. Experience with ABAP on HANA development and SAP BTP/Business Application Studio/RAP is necessary. SAP Fiori (on-premise and cloud), SAPUI5, JavaScript, and Web IDE experience is preferred.
