Job Summary. Groupsoft is seeking a driven, proactive Sales Manager with a strong hunter mindset and network to expand our SAP business presence across the India West region. This position focuses on driving revenue by prospecting new logo accounts and upselling Groupsofts services to existing SAP-enabled organizations. Additionally, this position will collaborate with internal leadership and domain experts to align the right technical solutions and lead executive engagements, while building strategic relationships with the SAP field team. Key Responsibilities. New Business Generation: Proactively identify, target, and close net-new enterprise accounts across the India West region. Account Expansion: Engage with existing SAP user companies to position and sell Groupsofts specialized services and solutions. Leadership and SME Collaboration: Partner closely with internal leadership and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to position the right technical expertise, tailor solutions, and facilitate high-level executive connections during key sales engagements. SAP Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain strategic, high-value relationships with local SAP account executives, sales teams, and partner managers. Offerings Positioning: Master and position core SAP programs, specifically RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP, and Groupsofts AI IPs. Pipeline Event Representation: Represent Groupsoft at SAP, industry, and networking events to drive brand visibility, capture qualified leads, and build a robust sales funnel. End-to-End Sales Execution: Manage the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting and lead qualification to executive presentations, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing. Qualifications. 5 to 7 years of successful B2B enterprise sales experience within the enterprise solutions and services domain. Experience with the SAP ecosystem is a definite plus. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas using a direct, proactive hunter approach. Experience engaging senior stakeholders and leveraging internal leadership/SMEs to close enterprise deals. Strong network within the enterprise and/or mid-market ecosystem in Western India. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and executive-level communication skills. Ability to travel regionally as required for client meetings, partner discussions, and events.
