Responsibilities: Design, develop, enhance, and maintain SAP ABAP applications based on business and technical requirements. Analyze functional specifications and translate them into detailed technical specifications. Develop and support Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEF). Develop and maintain ABAP Objects, including Classes, Methods, Interfaces, and reusable components. Work extensively with ALV, BAPIs, BAdIs, User Exits, Customer Exits, Enhancement Framework, and Function Modules. Develop and enhance SAP interfaces using IDoc, RFC, BAPI, Web Services, and other integration technologies. Perform ABAP development in SAP S/4HANA environments where applicable. Work with CDS Views, AMDP, OData services, and modern ABAP programming concepts. Develop and maintain SAP forms using Smart Forms, SAPscript, and Adobe Forms. Conduct performance analysis and optimization using tools such as ST05, SAT/SE30, SQL Monitor, and runtime analysis. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide timely technical resolutions. Required Skills and Experience: 8-15 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development. Strong expertise in ABAP and ABAP Objects. Experience with Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Conversions, Forms, and Workflows. Strong experience with BAPI, BAdI, User Exits, Customer Exits, RFC, and IDocs. Experience with ALV, Function Modules, Dictionary Objects, and Dialog Programming. Strong SQL and database concepts. Experience with SAP integration technologies and third-party system integrations. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred. Hands-on experience with S/4HANA ABAP development. Experience developing AMDP procedures. Experience with OData services and SAP Gateway. Exposure to RAP (RESTful Application Programming Model) is a plus. Experience with Adobe Forms / Smart Forms. Strong troubleshooting and performance-tuning capabilities. Experience with SAP Solution Manager / ChaRM or equivalent change-management tools is a plus. Understanding of Fiori/UI5 integration is preferred. Strong knowledge of RICEF development. Knowledge of CDS Views, AMDP, OData, and modern ABAP development.
