Job Title: Sr. Executive Stores Company: CHATURBHUJ FABTECH PVT LTD Job Category: SAP MM Roles & Responsibilities: Department: Stores / Supply Chain / Materials Management Reporting To: Store Manager / Purchase Manager / Supply Chain Manager To manage day-to-day store operations, including the receipt, inspection, storage, issuance, and inventory control of raw materials, electrical and electronic components, mechanical parts, and finished goods, ensuring material availability for uninterrupted production. 3. Key Responsibilities · Coordinate with Quality Control (QC) for incoming material inspection. · Report shortages, damages, and incorrect supplies to the Purchase Department. B. Inventory and Stock Management · Maintain accurate stock records for all materials. · Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Purchase and Production teams for replenishment. · Perform cycle counts and support annual stock audits. · Maintain proper FIFO (First In, First Out) practices wherever applicable. C. Material Issuance and Production Support · Maintain traceability of critical components, including serial numbers, batch numbers, and part numbers where required. · Maintain inventory transactions in ERP or inventory management software. · Prepare and maintain GRNs, material issue slips, stock transfer records, and return notes. · Maintain records of rejected materials, supplier returns, and material discrepancies. E. Storekeeping and Warehouse Management · Ensure proper storage, labelling, identification, and bin location management. · Maintain organized storage for electrical, electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic components. · Maintain cleanliness, safety, and housekeeping standards in the store. · Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Design, and Finance departments. · Support material planning and inventory optimization. · Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations. · Handle sensitive components such as PLCs, HMIs, servo drives, sensors, and other electronic devices according to storage requirements. 4. Required Qualifications · Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or M. Com, B.
