Details of the requirement are given below for your reference: 1) Company : Manufacturing Industry 2) Position : Sr. Executive Purchase(MRO & Plant Spares) 3) Experience Required : 4 to 5 Years 4) Salary Negotiable : Salary - Rs. 40,000 PM to 50,000 PM Depending upon candidates knowledge 5) Job Location : Bhachau 6) Job Description : - Procurement of Stores & Spares / MRO items against PRs raised by user departments - Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and general maintenance spares - Consumables, bearings, motors, pumps, valves, gearboxes, electrical items, hardware, tools, safety items, etc. - Floating RFQs/enquiries and obtaining competitive quotations - Technical and commercial comparison of quotations in coordination with user departments - Vendor identification, development and negotiation - Price negotiation and finalization of commercial terms - PO preparation/release and follow-up for timely delivery - Coordination with Stores, Maintenance, Production and Accounts - Follow-up of pending PRs/POs and urgent/breakdown requirements - Basic understanding of GST, freight, payment terms and other commercial conditions - Experience in SAP Purchase Module (MM) is preferred - Maintaining proper procurement documentation and MIS We are particularly looking for candidates having experience in plant-level MRO procurement from PR to PO and delivery follow-up.
