Spare Parts Specialist

Job Title: Spare Parts Specialist Company: Tecnicas Reunidas Job Category: SAP MM Roles & Responsibilities: * Review and demonstrate proficiency in ITG documents related to Spare Parts Management. * Support the Spare Parts Coordinator in all aspects of spare parts management activities. * Develop a solid understanding of project contracts and vendor purchase orders relevant to spare parts scope. * Maintain comprehensive tracking logs, identify issues, and report progress/status to the Spare Parts Coordinator. * Review and validate spare parts information against engineering documents (e.g., P\&IDs, schematics, general arrangement drawings, cross\-sectional drawings, data sheets, inspection and operation manuals). * Monitor vendor schedules and ensure timely delivery of required documentation and materials. * Coordinate regularly with Package Owners and Technical Leads to ensure alignment on spare parts requirements. * Prepare and circulate Minutes of Meetings (MoMs), capturing key decisions and action points for all spare parts\-related discussions. * Demonstrate familiarity with material management systems and ensure accurate data handling.
