SPA Ariba Specialist Techno-Functional

Job Title: SPA Ariba Specialist Techno-Functional Company: Tata Electronics SAP Module: SAP MM Roles & Responsibilities: Brief Summary We are looking for an SAP Ariba Specialist with hands-on functional and technical expertise to support and enhance Ariba-driven procurement processes within a complex semiconductor supply chain. This role will play a key part in building resilient, efficient, and data-driven sourcing and supplier management processes. Ariba Functional Responsibilities * Support implementation, configuration, and enhancement of SAP Ariba modules: Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP), Sourcing, Contracts Lifecycle Management (CLM), Commerce Automation (Buying & Invoicing), Catalog Management * Drive process improvements tailored to semiconductor supply chain needs (precision sourcing, supplier risk, traceability) * Conduct UAT, user training, and documentation Ariba Technical Responsibilities * Support Ariba integration with SAP ERP / S4HANA via CIG * Manage and monitor master data integration * Troubleshoot system issues related to interfaces, configurations, and data flows * Collaborate with IT for APIs, enhancements, and system upgrades * Ensure data integrity, compliance, and governance standards * Work closely with engineering, procurement, production, IT, and suppliers * Mindset & Drive: Demonstrates a growth mindset, high ownership, and a strong drive to learn, adapt, and create impact; curious, resilient, and eager to take on new challenges. * Problem Solver: Strong analytical ability to break down complex problems, design practical solutions, and use data to support decisions. * Initiative & Resourcefulness: Proactively takes initiative, is resourceful, and continually looks for opportunities to support and improve team outcomes. * Procurement Process Knowledge: Solid understanding or strong interest in procurement, supply chain management, and supplier relations in a manufacturing environment. * Data Literacy & Analytical Aptitude: Comfortable working with datasets and tools like Excel/Google Sheets; exposure to basic AI/ML concepts (e.g., predictive analytics, optimization) is a strong plus. * Attention to Detail: Meticulous in planning, execution, and follow-up, ensuring accuracy and high-quality deliverables. * Communication Skills: Clear and concise written and verbal communication, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders. * Production Engineering * Supply Chain Management * Logistics Management * Or a closely related technical or management field Work Location: Mayang, Assam, India Availability: Full time

Academic And Qualification Bachelor's degree, preferably in one of the following disciplines: Experience * 2 ~ 5 years Progressive experience in electronics manufacturing, procurement, and/or supply chain functions with exposure to SAP Ariba platform.
