Sourcing Manager

Job Title: Sourcing Manager Company: FIN Hr Solutions SAP Module: SAP MM Roles & Responsibilities: Adhya Design is seeking an experienced Sourcing & Vendor Development Manager to lead vendor sourcing, cost negotiations, and outsourcing operations for our premium home dcor and bespoke product lines. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in metal handicrafts (brass, stainless steel, aluminium, and allied materials like horn-bone) along with a deep understanding of artisan-based production ecosystems. Role & responsibilities * Identify, develop, and manage a strong network of vendors and artisans across metal and mixed-material categories * Lead costing, rate negotiations, and price benchmarking to ensure competitive and profitable sourcing * Plan and execute outsourcing strategies aligned with design requirements, timelines, and quality standards * Work closely with internal design, production, and quality teams to ensure seamless execution * Evaluate vendor capabilities, conduct audits, and ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and ethical standards * Manage RFQs, quotations, and cost sheets for new product developments and bulk production * Optimize sourcing costs without compromising on craftsmanship and product quality * Ensure timely delivery from vendors and proactively resolve production or supply challenges * Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors while continuously exploring new sourcing opportunities * Monitor market trends, raw material pricing, and industry developments in metal handicrafts * The role involves frequent travel to nearby sourcing clusters such as Moradabad, Sambhal, Hathras, Khurja, and other regions for vendor development and coordination * Travel and related expenses will be reimbursed as per company policy Interested candidates may send their CV through email at "finhrsolutionsglobal@gmail.com" writing the subject "JOB APPLICATION - Sourcing Manager - ADPL" Work Location: Faridabad(Sector 68), India Availability: Full time

Preferred candidate profile * 1-2 years of experience in outsourcing, sourcing, or vendor management in handicrafts / home dcor / export houses * Strong knowledge of materials such as brass, aluminium, stainless steel, and horn-bone * Hands-on experience with artisan clusters and small-scale manufacturing units * Proven expertise in cost negotiation and vendor handling * Good understanding of production techniques like casting, fabrication, finishing, and polishing * Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills for cost optimization * Ability to manage multiple vendors and projects simultaneously * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Proficiency in MS Excel and costing sheets * Candidates with an existing vendor base in Moradabad, Jaipur, or other handicraft clusters will be preferred. * Experience working with export-oriented companies * Knowledge of quality control standards for international markets * Existing vendor network in metal handicrafts (preferred advantage) Perks and benefits Key Skills: Procurement Salary: INR 750000 - 1.2e+06 per yearly
