Job Title: Source-to-Pay Lead, Global Business Services Company: Brunel SAP Module: SAP MM Roles & Responsibilities: About the role A global organisation is building a capability centre in India and is hiring a leader to own its end-to-end Source-to-Pay service. The scope covers purchasing support, supplier onboarding, invoice processing, expense claims, payment preparation and payroll services for supported regions. The role reports to the General Manager of the centre. Responsibilities * Own the Source-to-Pay operating model, standard processes and controls. * Lead purchasing support and supplier onboarding within approved policies and segregation of duties. * Ensure invoices and expense claims are processed accurately and on time. * Lead payment preparation and regional payroll services, including reconciliations and statutory submissions. * Set service levels, dashboards and review routines. * Lead the transition of activities from the regions to India and drive touchless processing. * Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, procurement, supply chain or business administration. * 1-2 years of experience. * Leadership experience in Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay, accounts payable or procurement operations. * Experience leading teams across invoices, expenses, payments, purchasing support or payroll. * Background in a shared services, Global Business Services, captive centre or BPO environment. * Experience managing stakeholders and services across several countries or regions. * Knowledge of internal controls, fraud prevention and audit readiness.
