Job Title: Solutions Architect Company: Avance Consulting Job Category: SAP FICO Roles & Responsibilities: One of your primary responsibilities involves engaging with stakeholders, including business leaders, solution and technical architects, project managers, and end\-users, to understand requirements and challenges thoroughly. This collaboration extends to designing, reviewing, and architecting solutions that address identified needs within customer’s technology\-process\-delivery ecosystem. In terms of strategy and roadmap, you analyze the current landscape, goals, and challenges to suggest continuous improvement and innovation. You anticipate future hurdles and develop mitigation strategies while staying updated on relevant technologies to bring new solutions to the table. Problem\-solving and decision\-making are critical aspects of your role, requiring the application of critical thinking to navigate complex issues and make informed decisions based on data and stakeholder input. Stakeholder management is also vital, as you work with enterprise and domain architects and business stakeholders to adopt new technologies and ensure alignment and value delivery across various organizations within the company. Ultimately, your role contributes to the organization's growth and efficiency through continuous improvement, innovation, and effective technology implementation. • Has good stakeholder engagement skills and works closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, Solution and technical architects, project managers, and end\-users, to gather and understand the requirements and challenges. • Develops understanding and knowledge of existing solutions, processes and tools within customer’s technology\-process\-delivery ecosystem and weighs various options to make design and develop holistic solutions. • Provides functional/technical guidance to the development teams, ensuring that the solutions align with industry best practices and standards. • Performs, Leads in troubleshooting, analyses of defects and their root causes, defect resolutions and identifying preventive actions in the future for any issues that may arise. • Stays up to date on developments in the industry, technology and evolution of systems in the digital landscape. • Possesses, Develops an in\-depth understanding of the customer business processes, specific industry or domain, including its regulations, business processes, and unique challenges. • Ensuring solutions adhere to regulatory compliance and governance standards, including the implementation of security controls. • Optimizing system performance and efficiency through testing, identification of bottlenecks, and implementation of improvements. • Successful implementation of technology with acceptability across all hierarchies • Documenting, supervising, and monitoring details of AS IS business processes. • Bringing knowledge of the relevant technology/solutions towards optimization and effective development of processes • Responsible for developing, running, monitoring, and supporting the assigned Product or Service using the right toolsets required in order, to deliver according to requirements. • Design, develop and deliver a technology service through automation and self\-service capabilities for efficiency, availability, and usability. • Maintain the provisioning, life cycle management and operation of environments in order to fulfil the service commitments. • Execute proactive periodic support and maintenance activities. • Develop solutions to measure and analyse performance of business process and identify automation opportunities where feasible to drive efficiencies in the business processes . • Develops understanding and knowledge of existing solutions within the technology\-process\-delivery ecosystem and weighs various options to make decisions on build/reuse existing solutions \& capabilities. As a Solution Architect, your role is integral to the organization's success, requiring you to leverage your extensive knowledge and experience to deliver high\-quality solutions aligned with business requirements. You play a crucial role in driving technological advancements and providing subject matter expertise in the SAP Group Reporting and R2R \- Record to Report area. • Effective communication, written and verbal, and collaboration are essential to ensure that the proposed solutions meet both technical and business requirements. • Must have good written and verbal communication skills in order to present thoughts and influence effectively. • Demonstrate proficiency in designing and architecting solutions, considering scalability, performance, and security aspects. • Ensure and review systems compliance towards legislations, policies or other requirements in order to stay compliant. • Work with enterprise architects, solution architects, business stakeholders in adopting new technologies and maximizing the benefits of customer’s investment. Requirements: The Sr SME have experience in the following areas: • 15\+ years of experience in R2R – Record to Report, specialized in the Group Reporting and Finance \& Controlling area. • Experience in reviewing and evaluating vendor solutions • Strong Finance background with experience in core domain as auditor, accountant or finance/ controlling consultant is a must have.
