The Role We are looking for an experienced SAP Logistics Manager with of hands-on SAP experience to manage and support our Logistics application landscape. The role will be responsible for ensuring effective resolution of day-to-day operational issues, driving service quality and SLA performance, overseeing external support contracts, and partnering with business teams on system enhancements. Key Responsibilities * SAP Logistics Functional Support * Provide functional leadership and support across the SAP Logistics and GTS landscape. * Support SAP Logistics processes including areas such as: * Act as the escalation point for complex functional and cross-system production issues. * Perform or coordinate root-cause analysis for recurring incidents and drive permanent corrective actions. * Application Support & Incident Management * Oversee daily production support activities and ensure incidents and service requests are resolved within agreed SLAs. * Work closely with business users to understand operational issues, determine business impact, and prioritize resolution. * Review recurring incidents and identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, or system enhancements. * Vendor & Contract Management * Manage application support/service contracts supporting SAP Logistics, GTS, and related applications. * Act as the primary IT point of contact for external support vendors. * Monitor vendor performances against agreed SLAs and KPIs * Business Requirements & Functional Specifications * Partner with Logistics, Supply Chain, Trade Compliance and other business teams to understand new requirements. * Prepare and/or review detailed Functional Specification (FS) documents for SAP enhancements. * Work closely with ABAP developers, integration teams and other technical resources during solution development. * Review technical solutions to ensure alignment with the functional requirements.
