Job Title: Software Engineering & Development, Assistant Manager Company: State Street Job Category: Salesforce Roles & Responsibilities: We are seeking Andaman and Nicobar Islands experienced Salesforce Developer with a strong background in Salesforce platform development, customization, and integration. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Salesforce platform best practices. The candidate will work closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, Administrators, and stakeholders to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities Salesforce Development * Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex Classes and Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce (Must to have). * Develop reusable and scalable components following Salesforce best practices. * Perform code reviews and maintain development standards. * Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and External Services. * Support data migration and integration activities. * Implement Salesforce security best practices, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Role Hierarchies, and Field-Level Security. Collaboration & Support * Provide technical support and mentorship to junior team members. * Maintain technical documentation and deployment artifacts. * Strong understanding of the Salesforce development lifecycle and best practices. * CI/CD pipeline management.
