Our goal is to be the no. 1 CRM SaaS company in the world. In this role, you will design, build and deploy the GenAI services and AI agents behind Pega Infinity and the Pega AI Assistant. That includes agent tools and MCP integrations, retrieval\-augmented generation (RAG) and knowledge services, AI guardrails and governance, and agent observability. You'll lead features end to end, from problem framing to production, on cloud\-native services that run securely at enterprise scale on AWS, GCP and customer\-hosted environments. ML operations.
